Sri Lanka sells extra Rs2.2bn Treasury bills after auction
Sri Lanka has sold 2,282 million rupees of treasury bills offered on tap at average rates of 9.32 percent, 9.44 percent and 9.95 percent, the public debt management office said, bringing the total of bills sold in the week to 82.893 billion rupees.

Vallibel One snaps up Fortress Resorts stake for Rs. 730 m in related-party deal
Vallibel One PLC has acquired 31.34% of The Fortress Resorts PLC for about Rs. 730 million from two related parties, raising its direct holding in the hotel company to 49.93%.

Asia Asset Finance to raise Rs. 2 b through debentures
Asia Asset Finance PLC yesterday said it will raise Rs. 2 billion through an issue of debentures.
The Board of the Muthoot Group company has resolved to issue 20 million Listed, Rated, Unsecured, Senior, Redeemable Debentures at an issue price of Rs. 100 each. The debentures will have a tenor of five years, and the company proposes to list them on the Colombo Stock Exchange.
